Car Charger Installation Process

Mr Charger provides the driver with a link to the remote site survey.

Driver completes the short survey and the local office reviews the information.

Local office may ask for more information if needed and confirm the cost of the installation.

Installation date is booked with the driver.

Local office makes an application to the Distribution network operator (DNO).

Once the completed survey is received, we aim to install the charge point within 10-14 days.

Installation takes place and the engineer provides full training on the charge point and charge point App. The driver is given the contact details of their local office, should they have any future issues.
